We are looking for a Crew Leader level candiate for our Hanover Location. Ideal canidates have experience with working in existing homes, working directly with customers and leading small teams of 2 to 3 people. Pay rates for crew leaders are at the higher end of stated rates below.

You'll be put through a highly interactive 2 week training course on weatherization techniques using two part spray polyurethane foam equipment.
You'll be a member of a 3 person multi-cultural team where your team will be relying on you to produce high quality work in hot, tight, and dirty working conditions. Becoming proficient with hand tools, power tools, and spray foam equipment is critical. Hopefully you learn fast.
Over the course of your first year, you will earn your SPFA applicators certification, learn to drive a DOT vehicle, become certified as a Building Performance Expert and plan your next move to crew leader, advanced technician, or energy auditor.

Typical Duties

Attic Air Sealing and Installing Fiberglass Insulation
Building plywood attic access dams and platforms
Installing Spray Foam Insulation in Attics, Band Joists, Cantilevers, and Crawlspaces
Jobsite protection and clean up
Driving 16ft Company Box Trucks
Leading Crews of 3 or 4 Team Mates (Crew Leaders)
Communicating Directly with Homeowners (Crew Leaders)
