You'll be put through a highly interactive 2 week training course on duct systems, HVAC equipment and Duct Cleaning and Aeroseal techniques.
You'll be a member of a 2 to 3 person multi-cultural team where your team will be relying on you to produce identify and troubleshoot Duct and HVAC issues while delivering measurable results. People who have strong mechanical skills and enjoy problem solving are ideal for this position.
Our customers and your teammates are counting on you to be here, every day. If you've ever worked in this type of environment, you know how important teamwork and commitment are to personal success. We guarantee you 40 hours a week, but you'll need to be here for it.
We work in existing homes, treating homeowners and their homes with the highest level of respect is critical for success. You'll meet some great people who will be grateful for the hard work you do.
Being proficient with hand tools, power tools, and have a foundational understanding of HVAC systems is critical. Hopefully you learn fast.
Over the course of your first year, you will earn your NADCA Air Systems Cleaner certification, learn to drive a DOT vehicle, become certified as a Aeroseal Expert and plan your next move to crew leader, advanced technician, or energy auditor.

Typical Duties

Cleaning of Air Duct Systems through a Negative Pressure Agitation Method
Repairing Air Duct Systems made of Sheet Metal, Duct Board, and Flex Duct
Setting up Isolation of HVAC Equipment from Air Duct Systems
Sealing Air Duct Systems from the inside with AEROSEAL
Jobsite protection and clean up
Driving 16ft Company Box Trucks
Leading Crews of 2 or 3 Team Mates (Crew Leaders)
Communicating Directly with Homeowners (Crew Leaders)
