- Upgrades: Many upgrades can be completed within 1–3 days. Larger projects may take up to a week or longer.
- Follow-up testing: We complete a Test Out appointment, or a Quality Control appointment within 2 weeks of the upgrade completion.
What’s included in the $100 Home Energy Audit?
Your audit includes a blower door test, infrared imaging, combustion safety testing, and a full inspection of insulation, HVAC systems, and ductwork. We’ll also provide a custom report and upgrade plan designed to improve comfort and reduce energy bills.
How do rebates work and when will I get them?
Once your upgrades are complete, we handle all rebate paperwork for you. Depending on your utility provider, most homeowners receive their rebate check within 8-10 weeks after final approval.
